Member dues will be collected via EFT at the beginning of each month, or paid in advance on a quarterly, semiannual or annual basis at the member’s discretion.

The authorization of monthly dues withdrawal will remain in effect until a one month written notice of cancellation has been given to Fitness Connection. Since dues are withdrawn once per month on the same day for all members, this is not a “30 day notice” but rather a monthly notice.   (i.e. if you turn in the written cancellation notice anytime in January the system will charge you for February. Your membership will remain active for February. The system will cancel your March 1 dues, at which time your fob will no longer work.)

There will be a $35.00 fee for returned checks and $15 fee for declines on credit cards.

Member understands that failure to use the facilities does not relieve the member of payment responsibility.

Account changes are due 30 days before the 1st of the next month.

Scappoose Fitness Connection dues are subject to increase following 30 days written notification.

No refunds on gym memberships, personal training, or miscellaneous services.

There is a six month maximum allowable freeze on membership, after which dues will automatically resume unless a one month notice of cancellation has been submitted.
